#Introduction of surveying:- Te art of determining the relative position of objects on the surface of earth is known as surveying

DEFINITION OF SURVEYING:-The way of determining the relative positions of points or objects, on ,above or beneath the surface of the earth by taking direct or indirect measurements in        horizontal and vertical plane is called surveying. 

The horizontal measurements are used for drawing a plan and vertical measurements sections or elevations on piece of paper.
